Dzinly takes the guesswork out of everything exterior design. It’s a professional online platform that combines advanced visualization tools with real, U.S.-based designers, architects, and professionals who turn your ideas, or even AI-generated concepts, into build-ready plans. You upload a photo of your home, tell us your goals, and our designers show you what’s possible with photorealistic renderings, architectural mock-ups, and exact paint colors and materials you can hand right to your contractor. Plus, our interactive toggle function lets you explore multiple design options side by side, making it easy to compare looks and confidently choose your favorite direction.

Our free AI tool is available for anyone to use as inspiration. It’s a great way to explore ideas and see quick concepts. Learn more about it here! But when it comes to your actual project, every design is created by real, U.S.-based designers. They review your home, goals, and inspiration to make thoughtful, realistic selections that work in real life, not just on a screen.

There isn’t one. Dzinly was built with the typical homeowner in mind, people who want professional design guidance without the sky-high cost of traditional firms. Our proprietary software allows us to process and map homes much faster than conventional methods, so our designers can focus on what really matters: creating beautiful, realistic designs for your home. By combining smart technology with experienced professionals, we deliver high-quality results at a fraction of the typical cost.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we don’t offer a formal “money-back guarantee,” we care deeply about making sure you love your design. Our team works closely with every client, provides thoughtful revisions, and stays responsive until we’ve delivered something you’re genuinely excited about. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Could be a few reasons:
  1. Your image may be too small. We need images to be 1MB or larger
  2. Make sure your image is in JPEG format. We do not accept PDFs as home images or HEIC.
    • Sometimes iPhones format their images to HEIC(live photo feature). You can convert your HEIC to JPEG quickly by using a converter website on Google. Or feel free to email your design coordinator, and we can convert it for you.
    • Here is a video tutorial, should you need help locating how to convert. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNuwzRGyEkI

  • First things first, check your email (including your spam folder!). Your design coordinator most likely reached out to you requesting further information to continue your project.
  • Log in to your account and check for a notification icon. If nothing is there, please email your design coordinator or click the message button on the bottom right corner of our homepage and shoot us a message. A team member will reach out to you in a timely manner.

  • Simple! Take it with your smartphone. Please be sure your camera lens is clean, and you are holding your phone in landscape orientation. Overcast days produce the best renders to avoid harsh shadows. Morning and evening blue tints can affect the accuracy of the rendering. If the sun is unavoidable, try taking the image of your house when the sun is right in front of your house, vs when the sun is behind your house, above your house, or on the side of your house.
  • Try your best to avoid having any objects obstructing your house (such as trees, cars, garbage bins, etc.)

  • We’ve worked hard to make the Dzinly experience simple and personal. You can easily upload inspirational images, add comments, and share notes right through your dashboard—so your designer fully understands your goals.
  • You’ll also have a designated Design Coordinator available by email at all times to help guide your project and answer any questions along the way.
  • If you’d prefer to speak by phone, we offer scheduled design consultations at $75 per 30 minutes.

  • Phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Whatever works best for you!

  • This is likely to be because your image is of insufficient quality. To produce a quality render, we need an image 1MB or larger and of landscape orientation. To ensure the accuracy of colors and materials, the house cannot be excessively shadowed by sunlight. Overcast conditions produce the best renders. Additionally, ensure that the photo includes all areas of your home that you want to see rendered. Since we can only render the parts of your home that are visible in the image, it's important to capture the entire area of interest in your photo.

  • Try to capture a photo at least showing the most important areas of the house you would like to see. Or perhaps you have an older photo in a season when trees are without leaves.
  • We can manually remove the trees, but to do this comes additional costs to cover the time and work involved. Manual tree/shrub removal can range from $75-$150, depending on the severity of the coverage. It can also take up to an additional business day to your design process.

  • Absolutely! We recommend starting with the view that matters most, usually the front. This helps you explore color and material options and narrow down your favorite look. Once you’ve selected a design direction (or two), you can easily add additional views of your home for $99 each.

  • Of course! If you have maxed out uploads on the site, you can always email any additional images to your design coordinator.
  • Each design package includes one image per view. This allows our team to prepare the photo so the interactive toggle can correctly show every color and material change in your design.

  • You can reach out to your design coordinator via email at any time with additional inspirational images or notes!

  • When first submitting your project, you will be assigned a design coordinator who will be with you every step of the way via email. Your design coordinator is your main contact and is there to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
  • Once your project has been submitted and your house image is approved per our guidelines, your project will be assigned to one of our Dzinly Designers. This is when they review your home, goals, and inspiration to make thoughtful, realistic selections that work in real life, not just on a screen.

  • You will receive your palette for approval if you opt to receive one within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once the palette is approved, you will receive your rendering in our toggle function within two business days (Monday-Friday). Try out our toggle function here!
  • If you choose to add architectural changes to your design package (new front porch, dormers etc.), this will take an additional 3-5 business days.
  • If you are coming in with a new construction for us to 3D model, you are looking at an additional 5-7 business days.
  • We do recognize USA government holidays and are closed on those days. If you approve your design(s) after 5:00 PM EST, or on the day before a holiday, your rendering(s) will be delivered within two business days following the approval date. Similarly, if approval occurs during a holiday, renderings will be provided within two business days after the holiday ends.

  • That's perfectly fine! Our specialty lies in collaborating with you to discover the best materials and colors for your home's exterior. You don't need to have all the details figured out before we start; that's what we're here for! To ensure that our experienced designers align with your vision, it is helpful to share any preferences or inspirations you have in mind for your home. This could be as simple as describing your style or taste, or choosing from our collection of inspirational photos. You will also have the ability to upload any inspirational photos of your own. This way, we can tailor our recommendations to perfectly suit your home. Once you receive your rendering, the project isn’t over. If you wish to see any new colors or materials, you can easily add them for just $5 a swatch.

  • Yes, we use specific colors and materials in your rendering(s) from readily available top brands that you know and trust. If you enter a material that is not in our database, we will attempt to track it down and render it for you. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you with comparable options.
  • If you already have specific materials purchased and/or want to explore, please provide the specific brand name and material type within your submission so your designer can provide this in your rendering.

  • It's perfectly normal to feel unsure at this stage, and we're here to help make this process as smooth as possible. The palette you've received was created based on the style preferences, inspirational photos, and specific material and color trends you provided, all while considering the architecture of your home.
  • If you're uncertain or wish to explore different options, feel free to ‘request major edit’ within your palette approval stage. Or if what you don't like is as simple as a different light option, or a different shade of paint, you can note this when you proceed to rendering.
  • And as always, your Design Coordinator is here to help! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like extra guidance or support getting your design palette to a place you feel confident in.

  • Our designers strive to propose colors and materials that are available in your area. At times, manufacturer regions and product availability can change. In the event this happens, we are happy to complimentary source a comparable product available in your area.

  • Yes! Please be specific within your design submission if you have areas of your home you do not wish to touch. Also, be specific about any specific brands you want to explore and/or have already purchased for your home.

  • Yes! We offer architectural changes as a value-added service. Architectural changes are a separate value-added service and fee from design packages. To engage our architects for proposed architectural changes, there is a non-refundable fee of $49. For this, you will receive freehand mock-up sketches of their ideas curated from your request and your home's architecture. Each mock-up will come with a fee quote to build in a realistic perspective on your home, starting at $150. Architectural changes are completed before the design process begins. This allows our designers to select colors and materials for elements in the architectural changes. If you do not wish to proceed with the proposed architectural change mock-ups, your project will go straight to the designer as is.

  • If you opt to add on these value-added services, it can take up to 7-10 additional business days (Monday-Friday). 3-5 for the proposed mock-ups and another, should you choose to see them built on your home in a realistic perspective.

  • Reach out to your design coordinator, and they will assist you with the next steps!

  • This is another one of our value-added services and takes place after the design process is complete. We offer this after the house design is finalized so our landscape architect can propose appropriate landscaping to flow with your new house design. You will be able to add this value-added service right from your toggle page when your house design is delivered.
  • The pricing and timeline structure is similar to the architectural value-added service. It is a nonrefundable $49 fee to receive the landscape freehand mock-up and to get the mock-up rendered on your house design, it starts at $150 and can take an additional 7-10 business days.

  • We do not design directly off the plans. In order to utilize our design services, we need an actual image of your house or a 3D model, which can typically be provided by your architect. If your home is in the wrap stage, please reach out so we can best advise on the best way to proceed.
  • For homes that are not yet built, we offer 3D modeling services to create a realistic model that allows us to proceed with your Design Package. To get started, please provide a full set of elevation and floor plans (PDF format) from your architect. Once received, our team will review and send a quote for 3D modeling your elevation view(s). You can begin this process by selecting a Design Package.

  • Yes! Our commercial exterior design starts at $349. Check out more here!

  • Each swatch is carefully applied by our production designers to make sure the scale, shading, and overall realism look spot-on when you toggle between options. The $5 fee helps cover this manual work while keeping costs low for our clients.

  • Yes! Your renderings include the exact color and material specifications needed to bring your design to life. Through your toggle page, you can also request quantity specifications showing how much material is needed for real-life implementation. If your project includes a new architectural addition designed through Dzinly, you’ll have the option to purchase detailed construction plans to share with your contractor for accurate estimating.

  • Yes, all projects are formatted to fit on 8.5"x11" paper. But they can easily be scaled to print on 11"x17" if you wish. Should you need a larger size for marketing purposes, please reach out, and we will accommodate.

Our team works closely with every client, provides thoughtful revisions, and stays responsive until we’ve delivered something you’re genuinely excited about. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

  • Revisions are on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer a set number of revisions. We will work with you until you are satisfied.
  • Because our toggle function is customer-driven and more of an ‘à la carte’ service, revisions are priced per change you want to see. Swatches are $5 each; new areas or adjusting areas are $25 a swatch. If the scope of revision exceeds multiple areas and swatches, an hourly rate of $75 may apply with your approval.

  • If requested, your design coordinator will connect you with one of our preferred Pro Members or a local contractor in your area who has great ratings to help implement your new design.
